Shipping

We will ship our products all around Australia ar buyer's expense for AU$10.00 up to 500gr.
It will be express delivery and registered post for more security.

Payments

You do not have to be a member of PayPal to use them to pay by credit card, however in Australia they only provide this service with Visa and Mastercard.

If you have other cards or do not wish to use PayPal, you can choose from:

By Money Order, Direct Deposit to our Bank Account or by submitting your credit card details by our 128-bits encrypted site, once details are received we will process the transaction in our secure office.

The Shop Procedure

Once you decide what you wish to purchase, touch the Add to Cart button or text on that product and you will be taken to another screen to see your purchase.

Here you can change, add or delete information. Make sure it reflects your purchase, the amount and quantity then touch the 'Checkout Button'.

This takes you to another screen where it once again shows your order with 3 options on how you can pay for it.

1. Pay by PAYPAL and Credit Card.
Choose this option for two reasons if..
You are a member of PAYPAL and wish to use your PAYPAL funds or,
You wish PAYPAL to process your credit card payment. You do NOT have to be a PAYPAL member to do this. In Australia PAYPAL does NOT accept American Express or Diners etc.
If you choose this option you will be taken to the PAYPAL site and once you give the information they request and make the payment, they will send you and us confirmation that the payment has been made. Once we get this, we will send your purchase to you.

2. Pay by Credit Card. You choose this option if..
You want us to process your Credit Card using our secure encryption method.
You will see a screen where you will enter your contact details and shipping details and add any comments to your order.
This area will be your last chance to cancel your order.

To continue with your payment click on. 'Continue Checkout' Button.

This next screen asks for your Credit Card information. Touch the 'Submit Credit Card Information' button ONLY ONCE and wait until the screen changes to the Finish Screen. Here you will once again see your order. Touch the 'Finish' button to complete the order.

You will immediately receive an email from us with your order information. We will then process your card and notify you when we will send your order.

If you DO NOT receive an order email, please check your spam box and filters as it may have been picked up as 'Spam'. You might add our name and address to your filter 'white list' if you have one.

3. Pay By Cheque, Direct Deposit or Money Order

You will see a screen where you will enter your contact and shipping details and add any comments to your order.
This area is your last chance to cancel your order.

When you are done click on 'Click Here to Submit Order' button.

You will see the information you have just typed in. If it is not correct, change it then touch the 'Change Info' button.

If you are sending us a cheque or money order in the mail you can print that page and enclose it with your payment
Touch the 'Send Order by Email' button to complete the order.

Once we receive cheque, money order or confirmation of funds, we will proceed to send the merchandise.
